1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using IronPulse Fitness Lab's facilities, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Membership

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to become a member. Members under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

2.2 Membership Types

We offer various membership plans as detailed on our pricing page. Each membership type has specific benefits, restrictions, and pricing.

2.3 Payment Terms

  • Membership fees are payable monthly or annually in advance
  • Payment is due on the same day each billing period
  • Failed payments may result in membership suspension
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

2.4 Cancellation Policy

  • Monthly memberships require 30 days written notice for cancellation
  • Annual memberships are non-refundable but can be frozen for medical reasons (with documentation)

3. Facility Use

3.1 Access Hours

Access hours depend on your membership type. Basic members have access during business hours, while Premium and Elite members enjoy 24/7 access.

3.2 Code of Conduct

All members must:

  • Treat staff and other members with respect
  • Wear appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe shoes
  • Return equipment to designated areas after use
  • Wipe down equipment after use
  • Follow all safety guidelines and staff instructions
  • Not engage in disruptive behavior

3.3 Prohibited Activities

  • Use of illegal substances
  • Smoking or vaping
  • Photography or video recording without permission
  • Solicitation or commercial activities
  • Bringing glass containers into workout areas

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Medical Clearance

You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to use our facilities. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.

4.2 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks. You assume all risks associated with using our facilities and participating in fitness activities.

4.3 Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronPulse Fitness Lab, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of our facilities or services.

5. Personal Training and Classes

  • Personal training sessions must be scheduled in advance
  • Cancellations require 24 hours notice or the session may be forfeited
  • Class spots are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes

6. Guest Policy

  • Guest passes are available according to your membership level
  • All guests must sign a waiver
  • Members are responsible for their guests' conduct

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials, including logos, text, graphics, and images, are the property of IronPulse Fitness Lab and protected by copyright laws.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions
  • Engage in inappropriate or illegal conduct
  • Fail to pay membership fees
  • Pose a safety risk to staff or members

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify members of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services, including equipment, classes, hours, and facilities, with reasonable notice to members.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dnipro.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
